Un secondo piatto semplice e veloce da fare, molto saporito.

Preparazione
– Battere il petto di pollo, coperto con pellicola trasparente, con un batti care fino ad ottenere una carne sottile, aggiungere sale e pepe.
– Aggiungere le fette di prosciutto cotto e arrotolare nella pellicola e compattare all’interno di essa.
– Bardare il rotolo di pollo con la pancetta e cuocerlo in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 15 minuti.
– Tritare lo scalogno e la carota e cuocere con un filo d’olio e un bouquet aromatico in un pentolino, sfumare con vino bianco, aggiustare di sale e mettere un pizzico di pepe.
– Frullare il composto e filtrare per ottenere una crema.
– Tagliare il pollo a rondelle e servire caldo con la crema di carote.
