Tortino cuore caldo al cioccolato bianco

Ingredienti: 150gr cioccolato fondente 50gr cioccolato bianco 90gr zucchero a velo N.2 uova intere N.1 tuorlo N.1 bacca di vaniglia 20gr farina debole 10gr cacao amaro 100gr burro

Sciogliere il cioccolato bianco e metterlo in piccoli stampini di silicone e lasciarli in frizer per un paio d’ore. Nel frattempo sciogliere il cioccolato fondente ed il burro,e far intiepidire. In una ciotola sbattere le uova con lo zucchero a velo e la bacca di vaniglia, quando il composto risulterà spumoso aggiungere il cioccolato sciolto insieme al burro e continuare a mescolare. Infine aggiungere le polveri setacciate e mescolare fino ad ottenere un composto denso e compatto. Imburrare 4 stampini monoporzione e spolverizzare con il cacao in polvere. Riempire per tre quarti gli stampini con il composto al cioccolato fondente e posizionare al centro il cuore di cioccolato bianco. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 13/15 minuti. Una volta usciti lasciarli intiepidire leggermente e capovolgerli in un piatto da portata.
