The World Pastry Champion, Roberto Lestani at Chef Academy Italy

The Master Roberto Lestani, Pastry World Champion, Olympic Champion Chocolatier and president of FIP (Federation of Italian Pastry) has delighted the attendees with a two-day lesson in which he has teached his skills on the advanced techniques in the production of the mignons and modern summer cakes to an audience of pastry professionals from all over Italy.
