An amazing lesson today for our students of the Chef course n. 33 who learned the secrets of a great Maestro Pasticcere.
Students had the pleasure of meeting World Champion of Pastry Roberto Lestani, President of FIP – Italian Federation of Pastry Chefs and know the man behind the champion. These are few moments of the lesson, that we took in order to remember this very special day!
