Superb gala buffet with sweet and savory foods masterfully prepared for our illustrous guests. The 28 students of Pastry Chef Courses led by Maurizio Di Mario, Emanuele Carletti and Stefano Fittuccia. Thanks to the collaborations of Chef Course group who contributed to the success of the evening with the realization of the first and second dishes that have gone on to further enrich the preparations of the buffet. Now students are working for exam preparation and qualification for the internship! Here are some pictures of the beautiful evening.
