Der Kurs vertieft das Studium fuer die Eigenschaften der Rohstoffe,die in einer Pizzeria angewandt werden, betrachtet die verschiedensten Pizzatype sowie die Moeglichkeit sie zu backen (elektrisch oder Holzfeuer). Dieses dank der Mitwirkung hochwertiger Fachmeister.<\/h4>\n<h4>Wer die Abschlusspruefung besteht bekommt die Urkunde als Koch gesetzlich anerkannt im eigenen wie auch europaeischen Gebiet. Zusaetzlich werden zwei weiteren Urkunden erlassen, HACCP und die Sicherheit bei Arbeitsplaetzen, die bei der Ausuebung des Berufes als pizzaiolo notwendig sind.<\/h4>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<h4>Der Kurs dauert verbindliche 151 Stunden und zusaetzlich zwei Monate Stage, die in einer der etwa 1000 vertraglich verbundenen Strukturen der Chef Academy ausgefuehrt werden.<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Kosten: der kurs kostet 4600 Euro ohne Mehrwertsteuer,si entfaellt aufgrund der oeffentlichen Anerkennung der Schule<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h3>Abschlusspruefung<\/h3>\n<p>Sie wird in unserer Struktur abgehalten in Gegenwart eines oeffentlichen Ausschusses ,der so gebildet ist:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Landvorsitzender<\/li>\n<li>oeffentliche Ausbildung<\/li>\n<li>Arbeitsministerium<\/li>\n<li>Vertreter der Gewerkschaft<\/li>\n<li>Vertreter der Provinz<\/li>\n<li>Provinz-Sekretaer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ausstattung<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Schul-material<\/li>\n<li>Set des Pizzaiolo<\/li>\n<li>Rohstoffe<\/li>\n<li>Urkunde bei bestandener Pruefung<\/li>\n<li>Urkunde HACCP und die Sicherheit bei Arbeitsplaetzen<\/li>\n<li>Chef-Bekleidung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Berufskurs als Pizzaiolo bildet in professioneller Hinsicht einen wahrlichen Kuensler der weissen Kunst.
