Los estudiantes adquirir\u00e1n, nociones avanzadas de chimica aplicada en la pasteler\u00eda, para la realizaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples tipos de dulces, ya sean nacionales que internacionales. <\/h4>\n<h4>El curso prevee lecciones sobre el chocolate, helado y dise\u00f1o de tortas, con Maestros pasteleros de excelencia, de nivel nacional e internacional. El curso, otorgar\u00e1 a los id\u00f3neos, un t\u00edtulo profesional, legalmente reconocido de <strong>\u201cPastelero\u201d<\/strong>, v\u00e1lido en todo el territorio nacional y comunitario. <\/h4>\n<p>   <!--more-->   <\/p>\n<h4>Chef Academy, se avala de la colaboraci\u00f3n del Equipo de Excelencia de la FIP (Federaci\u00f3n Italiana de Pasteleros), en calidad de escuela reconocida por la Federaci\u00f3n.
